Our room hire is subject to a few terms and conditions that are fairly standard in most hospitality establishments

Venue
- Crown Range Lounge is a private venue and all visits are by appointment only.
Bookings
- Tentative Bookings – Until the full deposit (50% of venue hire) and the signed venue hire agreement have been received, the booking is not confirmed and we reserve the right to release the booking.
- Confirmation – A booking is deemed to be confirmed when the full deposit and signed venue hire agreement has been received.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 48hrs from the event - 100% of the deposit is retained (equates to 50% of the venue hire)
- Less than 48 hours from the event – Hirer will be invoiced for the full venue hire cost, any equipment charges and full cost of any food and beverage ordered for the event (less the deposit amount already paid).
- Please note that peak function times (i.e. Christmas) may warrant a stricter cancellation policy – please check at the time of booking.
Hireage & Minimum Spend
- Hireage hours - Day hire is 8am to 4pm and Evening hire is 5pm to 1am
- Hireage fee – Venue hire will apply to privately book the Crown Range Lounge. This charge makes up 50% of the deposit and the remainder will be applied to your final bill on the date of your function.
- Minimum Spend Guideline – In order to maximize our areas we require a commitment by the function hirer that a minimum spend requirement will be met.
Conduct
- Behaviour - Crown Range Lounge endeavours to provide an exclusive, upmarket function venue. Attire and behaviour are expected to be commensurate with this.
- Proof of Age – Upon request all guests are required to provide acceptable photo identification.
- Intoxicated Guests – Any guest deemed to be unduly intoxicated or behaving in a disorderly manner will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Crown Range Lounge staff and management reserve the right to terminate a function or refuse service to any guest deemed intoxicated.
- Damage – Clients must assume full responsibility for their guests and any damage that may occur to Crown Range Lounge property as a result of the function and will therefore be held liable.
Property / Decorations
- Loss of Property/Belongings – The staff and management of Crown Range Lounge will always endeavour to ensure that a client’s property and belongings are protected however we offer no guarantee of this and will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property left at the venue prior to, during or after the function.
- Decorations/Displays – Crown Range Lounge does not permit any decorations and or displays to be fixed to any surface of the building without prior approval from management.
